EPO (Eiko Sato) is a Japanese singer-songwriter who debuted in 1980 with a cover of Sugar Babe’s “Down Town” and became, with Taeko Ohnuki and Mariya Takeuchi, one of RCA’s three leading women singers of the early 1980s.
