唇にスパーク is a 1982 album by Panta, released on Flying Dog in Japan. The original edition contains 10 tracks.
PANTA (Haruo Nakamura) was the frontman of the radical rock band Zunō Keisatsu (Brain Police), who also built a solo career and wrote the city-pop-styled “Moonlight Surfer” for Seri Ishikawa.
